Mark B. Van Kirk
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Mark has an MBA from American University and degrees from Elon University, the University of Delaware and the University of Oklahoma. He brings over 30 years of business leadership experience to his position as Chief Executive Officer of Morris Mountaineer Oil and Gas. Mark has held executive positions at the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Cantor Fitzgerald, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Fannie Mae, and Web Benefits Design, Inc. He is also the founder, co-founder and partner of several companies in the fields of: commercial real estate mortgage, residential home building, retail, fitness, automotive finance and investment management.

Devin Franz
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Devin graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Virginia University and earned his law degree from WVU’s College of Law. Before joining Morris Mountaineer, Devin served as a consultant in the oil and gas industry where he primarily worked with large oil and gas companies in Appalachia. During that time, he negotiated oil and gas leases with landowners and managed horizontal drilling units. He also led title teams, which focused on complex title matters.
URSULA LALAMA
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
Ursula has experience with several industries. Over the past 20 years she has worked in office management and administration, customer relations, bookkeeping, and accounting. At Morris Mountaineer she is the primary contact for oil and gas producers for client support and revenue data management and analysis.

adam marshok
Chief Asset Manager
Adam is a Doddridge County native and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS). Shortly after graduating from WVU’s College of Business and Economics Adam began his career in the energy industry. Before joining Morris Mountaineer, Adam has served various roles in the industry ranging from Abstractor, Landman, Project Manager, Mineral Manager and Mineral Consultant and has focused on contract negotiation for land and mineral owners throughout North Central West Virginia. Adam currently specializes in surface and oil and gas contract negotiation and title management. He is a currently holds memberships in the GOWV, MLBC, AAPL, and NADOA.

Sarah is graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She has extensive accounting experience related to the Oil & Gas and Wholesale Distribution industries

GIS Manager
Corey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from West Virginia University specifically Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Analysis. Corey has 5 years of mapping experience, which includes being a certified UAS (Drone) Pilot. Specifically, Corey has over 3 years of experience in Oil and Gas working primarily in the Midstream Pipeline Construction division. Where he broke down miles of pipeline data to show the maximum information possible.

Lydia Baldini
Revenue Analyst
Lydia has a Bachelor of Arts from Johnson & Wales University. She comes to Morris Mountaineer Oil and Gas having worked across many industries which encompass analysis of data and revenues. These include hotel management, food and beverage management, retail management, and the travel industry. She is instrumental in assisting with revenue entry, data collection, and the payment of property taxes.

Shaylan is a graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor's degree in Energy Land Management and Masters in Energy Environments, with a minor in GIS. Shaylan gained experience in project management, research, geospatial analysis, and data collection through USDA NIFA-funded biochar projects and several TA positions.
